    As @superhauler said it could be or even bad antenna ground.
    I chased one down a couple years ago and I think it ended up being an alternator if I remember correctly.

    I'm thinkin more like the 600.00 moose, the kids at the tech center can sew um up. Kinda like a Johnny Cash one part at time deal;)

    I don't eat "out" on the road unless it's a place I know want try. I gotta get a hot plate, I use my grill and it is a PITA. I make big containers of chili and spaghetti sauce if I'm going to be long. Cole Slaw too, with vinegar it keeps for several days. You can eat so much better for a fraction of the cost.

    I know you have different situation on where you land but, it make my stops more of my choosing as well.
