I’m just surprised you ain’t sitting at the counter in Barstow already.

Any company I’ve EVER worked for pays the same .cpm deadheading or loaded. Some knock it down .05-.10cpm for deadheading. Either way, I don’t know anyone that does it for free but I’m sure some do...

We're on our way, probably spend the night there.

Apparently there's some CATs in Walcott need shoes. Maybe they don't want their feet to get cold...

It would definitely add some kind of restriction to the exhaust. Choking off the exhaust has essentially the same effect as restricting intake flow.

20190927_133335.jpg This is the caliper grade of broker trucks we are dealing with screwing up the rates and subpar equipment. This machine weighs bout 72000 lbs and this poor trailer was bent from one end to the other. He was digging gravel when he pulled in !! He stated that he will be glad when he unloads. I told him should never of loaded it on that junk !! I think I offended him ??

Looks like a pretty cheaply built trailer. Where's the strength come from in that thin little deck?

HA! Silly boy. This is not about the environment. It's really about increasing revenue from fuel tax, FET and sales tax on more expensive trucks and more costly repairs.

It was a 35 ton stretch. That had been rode hard. That machine never should of been loaded on it. The deck had a bow in it from side to side! Plus the negative bow front to back ! When he stopped there he had a pile of gravel that he bulldozed !!

Well maybe, but I'd sure rather just pay more tax and have a reliable efficient engine.
