Know a guy who had that happen with a brand new MBN back in the day. Needed complete rebuild under warranty.

In 2000 tore a 3406 down because the first oil change there was a washer with CAT stamped in it come out the pan. All warranty. It was a extra and willing to bet someone knew about it.

Anytime - he will always have a spot with us. Warn him - we sleep at night, eat hot dogs and donuts - oh and we drive slow.
