He was talking in my general direction.

Think he wanted me to “josh” with him in his own stupidity... took it on the chin rather than being asked to leave

 

You will get that a lot being young. The Village Idiot craves an audience more than anything else on planet earth. I’m not young, and I’m really ugly, so they don’t bother me. I normally get that bar fly who refuses to realize that the magic is over and she hasn’t been hot in 2 decades, yet here she is in public in revealing clothes trying her hand at being a seductress to the ugliest guy in the bar.

OR I get that man hatin CHITB who made it a point to sit next to me to attempt to start a debate or an argument over something she saw on the news. On the other hand, the ones that really like me will be the young lesbians. I still haven’t figured that one out yet. When I do, I think I shall publish a report for science.

(here comes the rant...you may want to skip this part)
Now, here’s what I don’t understand...if you and I were in a bar talking open deck stuff, or motorcycles, or guns or whatever else (pick a subject...it doesn’t matter), we wouldn’t get the Village Idiot, we would get some arse clown that would come all the way across the room to join our conversation just to tell us what he used to do and why he no longer does it. What compelled this guy to come all the way across the room to talk to me to attempt to take me down a notch? I don’t get that.
If you enjoyed skydiving, I am happy for you. I truly am. I am not going to tell you that I thought about skydiving, but I had a friend get killed or whatever. Why can’t people be happy for you?

Heard that on WTOP. And just did it 4 years ago for the 3rd time! Something about bad concrete...I wonder if the contractor ate the cost? More than likely we did!
