What in the world are you and @wore out doing wrong?! Lol! My wife just made this home made and put it on the plate while I was outside. I said no thanks... apparently that was the wrong thing to say! I got forced to eat it 'cause she already made it. I guess I'm like Fred lookin' a little thin in the skin

Sorry for so many pictures guys and gals, but this was a heck of an exciting weekend for me. I had never shot a goose. The real exciting part to me was seeing the look on Minibow's face whenever I came home successful. He would tell me how excited he was to eat it. My wife is an amazing cook but the duck on pasta was her first attempt and it was edible but not delicious (I ate it anyway because I knew she was worried about it). The big feast platter was duck breast, goose breast, and whole goose roasted without skin. She absolutely nailed it!

I'm sorry I'm not on here too much. The next weekends will hopefully include black bear, deer, elk, geese, duck, and dove. Travel safe and dine heavy!

 

Long as there ain't no moose I'm cool with it. Union rules ya know ?
