What a steal! May not be the prettiest truck but at that price and if it could be made to run for cheap a guy could make money putting it to work or even just sell it for profit.

I would like to have a set, but they’d cost more than that entire truck.

 

Will it bar over by hand? That would be where I start. If it doesn’t bar over no need for a key. It’s parts at that point.

If the body, frame and rest of the drive train is okay, you could even swap a running motor in there and still come out ahead.

 

If your garage door is stopping on the way up or stopping sometimes on the way down, it might be the logic board. In actuality it might be a bad solder joint. Instead of spending hundreds of dollars, order it online and replace it in about 10 mins for $80.




After removing and replacing, you will be hungry. A turkey BLT with cheese and mustard hits the spot.

That's a sharp 579. Just the wrong colour. I've seen so few 579/567's with that 52" stand up out there, even less without windows.
