Looks like one of those older Pete hoods that had the headlights in the fenders.

 

Since the two countries have a reciprocity agreement concerning drivers license I would think most states would require vision and possibly written testing but not the driving portion so long as it was done within the time allowed to switch over. I'm sure each state handles it differently and you would need to verify.

My wife and I just had the pleasure of lunch with @tramm01 .

Not so much on the driving part. That photo must’ve been taken on the only stretch I hit 65mph at between Napavine and Portland. So, we is parking it. #### this.
