That climb out of Oxnard....ugly piece of highway!

 

It IS an option BUT, remember when the SHTF the locals use that and the 101 through Ventura and the San Fernando Valley are hit and miss any time day or night.

That area was my stomping grounds for 50 years, still have my house a mile north of the 101 at Valley Circle. As you know L.A. traffic sucks. They should get a good line on the fires today, barring a flair up with the winds.

Well it’s 1:45 here and I’ve done nothing. Boy has a football game at 5, probably won’t do anything until then.

 

Above freezing here now, probably ought to mow the lawn/leaves one last time.
