    What a boring day!

A touch of sun, lots of clouds, a bit of rain (both the wet kind and the freezing kind) and a whole lot of, well, nothing.

I made it to the other side of Saskatoon from the Headingley J in 8 hours, cruise was set at 65 when it wasn't icing on the roads, which is pretty amazing time given the 16 usually gets bogged down with slow drivers.

Going to catch up on some much needed sleep and get into Edmonton probably for between 9 and 10 local. Had I wanted to push it, I might have made the Esso on the outskirts there with a couple minutes to spare, but Innisfree is far enough for one day.

I was looking at the flag and first responders on the cab. I almost missed the bike! Cool!

Six, I would enjoy pictures of a blade move much more than that last picture you painted...…..

A friend sent me that pic. It's an idea...

The way I would have done that one is by making some sort of wheel cradle and used lifting straps to pick the bike up by the cradle. And I'd want the cradle somehow pinned to the frame for transit. Oh, and the cradle has to protect the bottom side of the bike. You would need some sort of tarp for the top, but the tarp would destroy the pant.

I was thinking as I was looking at it it has to be secured somehow. I doubt it's just swinging but that's a good start. There's definitely more than one way to skin a cat.

    Edit*
I would want it more secure and protected also. But I guess if you had a beater it wouldn't be that big a deal. Just to be able to stop, drop and ride would be cool.

There's going to be debris that makes it through the gap between the trailer and the quarter fenders. First time in the rain is going to really mess that bike up. In a year, that bike will be falling apart. He has to cover it somehow where the cover doesn't damage the paint YET protects the bottom of the bike from road debris and road salt.
