I had a serious need to have the volume wide open yesterday.

 

This kind of stuff blows my mind. You'd never guess from listening to Whitesnake that David Coverdale has a British accent.


Even guys like Clapton the British accent is a bit hard to detect when they sing. Robert Plant is hit or miss. Some Zeppelin songs you can pick up on the accent, others you can't.

 

Check out Mel Tillis...stutters when he talks but singing he never missed a beat. Oh wait most prolly don't know who Mel is...

Met up with my attorney again for lunch. She had the grilled shrimp, black eye peas and rice with gravy. I had the steak medallions, hash brown casserole and fried okra. I made it here with two minutes to spare before my 30.

 

Mark Knopfler (sp?) is one of those great guitarists that never get mentioned in the 'greatest guitarists' conversations.


EDIT: (not meaning to be political) I heard "Money For Nothing" got banned in several places where everyone caters to transfers.
