Thankfully we ended up with a double minority. It's shocking to see so many votes for the NDP and Green party yet so few seats. It's like we need proportional representation or something. The NDP had double the votes of the Bloc Quebecois, but over 10 less seats.

And already "western Canadians" (read: bigoted Albertan/Saskatchewanian rednecks) are calling for "Wexit" because they "feel underrepresented in Parliament". How about instead of dividing the country you protest the system and get it changed? I'm going to be writing my elected representative and requesting a push for election reform.

 

I am always disappointed when eating anything that isn't breakfast at Denny's. Fortunately, I've learned my lesson at this point.
