    Hopefully they can hang on.

It seems harder and harder these days to buy parts without starting with the VIN #, and then you are reliant on what the computer spits out. Heaven forbid you have changed components along the way.

Decided to head home last night. What I can do in 6.5 hours on my own takes 9 with 2 babies and a wife.

Well here’s the good thing about this place..... Mike (owner) worked in parts at Freightliner for years, always been around truck parts most his life. When I call he doesn’t need a vin number lol, oddball stuff I just text him a picture and usually he’s off to the races with it. Most part numbers he knows right off the top of his head. He sells hog heads and transmissions too. I have one of his parts catalogs at home, if I’m working on a suspension I just find it in the book and call him with the part number. Not sure everything is that way but most is, including newer stuff.....

So you're saying the best way to keep a Dodge running is GM components?

    ;)

My wife wants to trade the sheep and just buy feeder calves in the spring and sell in fall. Lambing season stresses her out, even more so with the possibility of me being on the road now.

That’s what “most” car enthusiasts do is cram a GM V8 in them..... :D
