After seeing all those violations, I'm thinking they're conditional because of all those CSA points. 28 log violations if I counted right.

cke, 1951 ford, Westbound23 and 10 others Thank this.

I suppose it's possible the driver had a valid CDL when he was hired, then for some reason the got suspended and didn't know or didn't tell the boss. Then he didn't tell the boss when he got pinched for driving without it. Then he got pinched again 35 days later.

But with 28 log violations and 5 speeding tickets the boss doesn't exactly get the benefit of doubt

I’m all for the small guy over a mega, it when it comes to what you’re doing and your personal situation no 11 truck company can match the package you’re receiving. The next consideration in my mind is the next economic downturn, I don’t know when it will happen but it will. You’re job is pretty secure in those times. A bird in the hand is worth two in the bush.

My grandpa has it in his shop, it’s the only way to go. No hot spots, feet were warm and it was very efficient. In the dead of winter we could open the door, pull something in that took time close the door and the boiler would never come on.
