I'll have to check. These guys were cool. They asked if we were going around and we said yeah, pay to be honest. Talked more about the truck than anything. The lead guy's father used to be a mack man.

We run that corridor every week so at least were on good terms with em.

Edit. That was my dads 1st inspection since he got his mc in 05-06. They joked "I see why you've never been inspected before"

 

That little prick wrote me up for pulling a 53 with a 121” spread on I-81. My KP distance exceeded 41 ft from KP to center of first axle. Ohhh the horrors.

Spenser for Hire. Good show (well, I liked it). Hated MagnumPI. Liked Higgins and the dogs, liked the Ferrari (of course), but Magnum, Rick and TC took an arse whippin every week, and they were supposed to be ex special forces. How are you going to be special forces, but take a weekly arse whippin? In Hawaii????

Then again, the other wimpy prettyboy toughguy show was Matt Houston. Couldn’t whip a raw egg. And that Adrien Zmed guy on TJ Hooker. TJ Hooker with that nightstick could whip everyone in the room, but his partner? Mr Damsel in Distress. It put you in mind of Walker Texas Ranger, could spin kick everyone on planet earth, but paired up with Tribet, who couldn’t whip a fat 5th grader...unless Walker was with him.

Guess that’s why I did like Spenser. Tough guy with an evil sidekick. Nothing pretty about that show. Heck, even the woman on the show wasn’t pretty...well, unless you like thick necked square jawed women.

 

Yes,don't think it lasted more than 1 or 2 seasons.

 

Simon and Simon was a pretty good one also. That old Power Wagon was cool.
