@TripleSix I seem to recall you mentioning a long time ago about having to strengthen your shoulders in order to lift more. Did I have that right?
I'm running into a bit of an issue with my shoulders now. Getting a bit of pain in them after I lift really heavy. Kind of below the middle/outer traps. Any advice on how to balance things out since I'm suspecting I may have a bit of an imbalance in a muscle up there.cke, 1951 ford, johndeere4020 and 11 others Thank this. -

His statements were racist and totally uncalled for on his platform. Even Ron McLean was looking at him as if to tell him to shut up.
Canada isn't the United States, we don't respect bigotry up here, especially when it has occurred on more than one occasion, that actual Canadian veterans have stated openly that they fought for people's right to wear or not wear a poppy, and to put up their Xmas decorations before November 11th. I don't like the latter, but if veterans don't care, I don't think others need to be making anti-immigrant statements when immigrants, who could be innocently ignorant of the meanings, are not wearing one.
Explaining the meaning behind the poppy, and giving people the right to remember in their own way is what makes Canada so great. We don't force people to participate in remembrance up here, and Remembrance Day is a day for everyone who has been the victim of war and conflict, not just white Canadians who fought in WWI/WWII.
They even brought up a pretty big point during the Ottawa ceremony this year, that we focus so much on the "great wars" but very little on people who participated in the Korean war and other Canadian peace-keeping conflicts.beastr123 and Westbound23 Thank this. -
Original plan was to take a gooseneck down to Orlando and load tomorrow morning for N. Las Vegas. 10’ tall piece. Has to be there Friday, blah blah blah.
Get to grabbing gears south on 95 and just as I cross into the Savannah scales phone starts ringing... “That didn’t last long” I thought.
“They moved that Orlando pick out to Wednesday. We will have another truck get it. Head back to Charleston, grab one of the million quick draws, and sit for the night. Load tomorrow for The Dalles Oregon.”
Told me I needed my TWIC... and it’s not in the main Charleston port it’s one of the CG bases near downtown. I’m a lucky little #### I tell ya. Added some miles, get to slide a curtain instead of tarping, and 9000 pounds instead of 15000 (#lightweightsmattertoo)
how far will I make it before the snow crap ruins my week? That is the question...
thinking I’ll go i40, run through Moab, over soldiers, and then it’s just interstate the rest of the way. I should be able to handle that, right?Last edited: Nov 11, 2019

Happy Veterans Day. I Thank all that served that I’m free today. I especially Thank our Vietnam Era Veterans. You came home to an absolutely horrific Non-Welcome nation filled with young (As my Father called them) dope smoking, drug addicts, disrespectful pukes, that had no idea or cared what you fought for. I’m not a racist and I try to keep an even head about myself. My blood boils at the thought of anyone not respecting our military. I may not agree with 100% of what goes on in politics and military decisions... BUT I live in a free country that I may move about, work, carry a firearm, and protect myself, and my loved ones.
If you served during another area I Thank You and respect you.
For you bellyaching, crybabies that have zero respect for Our One Nation Under God, move your sorry socialistic freeloading ##### to another countrypeterbilt_2005, Eldiablo, cke and 19 others Thank this.
