You forgot about the part where each side decided to get legal representation — the 2 lawyers got rich, bred and multiplied and eventually took everything over — everybody else worked their nuts off to pay the bills (in blood and treasure)

 

During the cold war the general public was pretty well aware that the southern poverty law center, national lawyers guild and anti defamation league were just soviet fronts working to corrupt and demoralize the american public. i have not forgotten.

The body needs time to recover. It also needs calories to recover. You have to feed the machine protein and lots of it. YMMV but ~5000 calories a day in a 3:2:1 ratio of carbs pro fat. You will get fat but there’s muscle under there. When you cut your calories back to 2500the fat will fall right off

Yes it’s the AK beside I-64 just outside Ashland. You can see it from the big road. Very good Freind of mine works for Steel of WV, he told me just the other day that Steel of WV bought AK.

 

word on the street is the cousin put his foot down after another visit to the doctor with his kid. He needs meat and protein. Stwik JR was underweight. Now he’s on track to chase women and kill lions!
