Facts don’t play into this Slowpoke. He doesn’t even watch Don Cherry. He doesn’t know he stands for the nation of Canada and it’s’ allies and the military in all it’s colors. He only knows what he is fed through liberal news feeds.

He and those like him are quick to call racism but they ignore that Cherry supports the fight against terror and racism of Bin Ladin, ISIS and Nazis.

Every week on his show he honored police and service men and women of every color that have died in the line of duty in the fight against evil, terror and racism. He put their pictures on TV. Who else has done that? Who will do that now?

 

Im not even sore sore for a good 24-36 hrs.....doms. Unless your doing bodybuilding competition the big 3 is all a guy needs.

Don’t ixnay the ballet with out giving it a little thought — one of the studliest connectors ( iron worker) I ever knew did ballet as a kid

 

For me its either first thing in the morning or in the evening. When I'm working I'll usually just do 4 sets each of squat, bench and deadlift. Just too tired after work to do anything too wild. Days off I go more intense. Usually about 30-40 sets.

seems way too early to me but that’s coming from someone that doesn’t have kids nor will he any time soon.
