Might as well get way down — every squid that ever shipped out loves this one — and it’s a nice tribute to our Limey brothers

Yes, training with a heart rate monitor (a real one, that has a chest strap, and displays on your wrist, not just a wrist mount), is pretty big. Over training is easy to do, training at too high of a heart rate too long is over training. Keep in mind, when you are training (cardio), you are trying to increase the efficiency of your hearts pump... increasing your mitochondria and capillaries to better use the blood that your heart is pumping. To do that, you have to make sure that you are not over training. Training at lower intensity can dramatically boost your cardiac output, and boost your VO2 max. Exercise (cardio), running a marathon, is all about your heart.
Do some reading about base training if you haven't... There are many different methods of base training (and there are plenty of people that say bah humbug to base training), so you have to find the one that works best for you. Personally, I did all of my base training on an exercise bike, because I was trying to keep my heart rate extremely consistent, and I couldn't keep it as precise as I wanted on a road bike, or running.
If I was training for running a marathon... I'd be training with a heart rate monitor. I'm training to do a kayak run next spring, and I'm doing it with a heart rate monitor. -
Btw.. How shot yall say is this sliding clutch? 60% used up? Thats 4th/8th on the right and getting thin.
If it was your money and there was lots of loads waiting to move, run it or overhaul? Its out for clutch now and i can probably have it together in a day if we dont do the trans. Could be a week or more waiting on parts if we do. It wasnt easy to shift but i could still run it fine. -
