We cook like this at our tractor show too . Chicken cooked over open fire with fresh corn on the cob, taters & peppers mixed with kabosa (not sure that’s spelled right) , and homemade blackberry cobbler & or apple cobbler seems to go over well at our tractor show....

 

I like that chrome steering column.....

 

Point of order here:

The bashing came after a fella called all of us South of the border Bigoted, not merely for an opposing opinion. That is not a very good way to pursue a discussion of open minded people.

And I agree with you regarding the benefits of a diversity of thought.

I understand, but we all know we aren’t all bigoted. And we know this, most of us, because we have the benefit of many miles (life miles not truck miles) under our belts. He may have felt very out numbered and was not effective in his communications - this can be a difficult crowd to express a differing point of view.

Again, my only real point is that it is healthy to have some different points of view. Your personal beliefs are your business (and I don’t know what they are) but it is likely they are not identical to mine.
I think I would still be honored to think of you as a friend. Except of course for the whole snow thing - that would be a deal breaker.

 

Well it is my opinion that maybe we should do our #5 Meet-N-Greet on the weekend of said tractor show. Good food + good tractor show = one heck of a good time!! WV might never be the same, lol.

You do however volunteer to go to the Great White North, so the snow thing is self inflicted!
