was going to say you have been a lot more efficient with your 55 than I have been with my 54

happy birthday anyway - bet you feel like 55

 

Be very diligent about getting paid....you have no friends and are deaf to hard luck stories.


Also remember in most states with field work non payment at the end of the job means you have to go to court to get judgment and judgment doesn't guarantee payment. You cannot hold the rig or equipment for ransom with field work like you can if it's done in your shop.

 

I guess its a good thing when a Broker calls, and ask how your doing and what the progress is....? Told me to call or text soon as the truck fires up......

 

Youngster eh, sounds good but doesn't sound like me.

I wouldn't bet on that. Haven't had to buy anything yet to avoid taxes........maybe because we buy before that's an issue?

That's good to know. For now most of the field work will be for a customer that has good payment history. I guess for the rest I'll be a pay in advance kinda deal.
