To you CAT folks on here: What sort of things should I look at replacing on my A's fuel injection pump? I can pretty much bet on the AFRC diaphragm being toast. My injection lines look a little ratty so they'll probably get file 13'd too.

What about timing advance? I wonder if its sticky. She'd smoke like a freight train if you trounced the throttle at idle. But it I let it hit governed speed for a second or 2, it'd clean up a lot under rapid acceleration.

 

Should have dropped it in the crapper and saved time.

 

Thought about getting that done myself. I'm coming to the end of the window where I want to raise kids. I don't want to be 55 and attending their high school grad lol.
