    Well yes, and mutants driving mechanical diesels.

    Just a long shot, I could be wrong. But I have been on those "checking fields" drives with farming buddy's.

    That's neat. You are a steel hauler right? So it benefits you because you run out of weight before you'd run out of deck I'd assume.. How much weight you reckon it saves you over a 48' same spec?

    Few years back at a motel I run into a driver, company guy I believe. 2 big coils, eye to the sky. White cascadia daycab, pulling 40'x90" aluminum flat, super singles, tandem set to rear. Think he said it could deck about 55,000lb at 80k gross..

    ......so there’s a ‘94 FLD 120 I think parked at my mechanics shop. Apparently it’s for sale. Needs a new Celect computer. Ain’t much on the truck that’s worth anything but it does have a Red Top N14. It would be speed limiter exempt up here but I’m Pretty sure Ontario law says That engine needs to go in a truck that’s MY ‘94 or older. I’m thinkin’......

    @OLDSKOOLERnWV can a N14 be made into a mechanical?

    Al. Roper, 1951 ford, sawmill and 17 others Thank this.
