    I was surprised that they took it out at only 87 degrees in that video you shared. It really does keep cooking doesn't it.

    I use coconut oil....it has the highest smoke point.

    When I seasoned my griddle I covered it with sliced onions and kept them oiled till they was black....scraped it and covered it with bacon till done. It turned out real good.

    It was nice out today so replaced some rivets in the trailer. The front and back are enclosed underneath and some had popped when I blew a tire. Also put the trap door back in under the front.

    Finished up and was putting away tools.....dangit where's that hammer.....

    Spose I'd get laughed at if I put string on my tools like kids do with their mittens????
