Been a aggravating couple of days, but it’s over now lol. Took 6 plates up this trip and brought back those 6 and the 2 from last week when the press broke down, little heavy on this trip.........

Had a Benson for 13 yrs. Never had a problem with it. Dragged a few 50000 lb coils with it always had a little arch left. Since Fontaine bought into them and changed the design, junk in my opinion.

I had an all aluminum Wilson step deck with 17.5" wheels......Premier I think they call them. It had so much arch it was the same deck height as a combo with 22.5" rubber. I put a 48,000 lb uniformly distributed load on the deck and the arch didn't move one iota. 17.5's were kind of pointless in that case so I immediatly took it back and ordered a Wilson combo step deck (Road Brute) with 17.5's. With a load on, the steel beams flex and most of the arch goes away. IIRC I gained ~4" of height.

Rubber isolators keeps vibration from destroying the ecm. All electronic cats use them.

You ever needed to replace them?

I haven't had it off since Kurt flashed it.

I worked on alot of the flat road brute. But only dolleys. It was the customer/drivers fault everytime. Not trailer. Always distributed loads. Never seen one with a isolated load like most of what I do.

I been looking at trailers 2 years. Should probably just keep pulling mine.

Something else for me to trip over.

Kid ordered new front brakes and drums for his '97 KW and they sent him 16" drums and brakes. It's a crap shoot anymore if you don't give them part numbers. A good parts guy is awful hard to find anymore.

Made some changes to the shift strategy and it made a huge difference but I forgot to have them up the rev limiter. Also am stuck at 455hp.
