    When I was at school trying to learn how to work on these trucks and such the instructors told us to take a rag or towel and wave past the hydraulic lines before ya walk in front of them.
    Do you do this or have seen anyone do this? Or heard of it?

    Piece of cardboard. Have done that once or twice when I saw fluid spraying out of an injection pump. Was just lube oil splashing out of the housing because a plug popped out of the pump. Better safe than sorry.
