    Yes Sir! I started them about 7 this morning.

    I cook them using the 3 2 1 rib method. I smoke the ribs at 195 degrees for 3 hours, then cook them in a liquid (I use Coca Cola) for 2 hours at 225 degrees and saucing of your choice for the final 1 hour for 225 degrees.

    The meat pretty much fall off the bone and melt in your mouth.

    Oh man is @Superhauler really gonna hate me now! LOL
