I’ve always liked the looks of them, but if ya can’t dim the lights, that’s a deal breaker right there. Mine sits on the dash and I ain’t the tallest feller. Lol.

Looks like we are in for a wild ride later this evening. We hope it doesn't get too violent.

@cke did you get everything in the ground yet? Do you just plant corn and soybeans?

Shooter is right, its not a noticeable difference. I like Connex for the simplicity. Galaxy starts putting all those extras in there and that's where problems arise. Stick with what you've got.

Is there anything the Stryker can do that a Connex 4600 can't or vice versa?

For us none cb junkies I couldn't tell ya the difference. I've been happy with my cobra 29, don't really feel like tweaking it, but those Strykers always make me oh and ah whenever I'm walking past...

Granted, I'd need to update everything else as well...

Not really. Its like a Ford and Chevy argument. Unless you want upper and lower channels, that cobra witha decent amp will be plenty for you to get the job done, and a good antenna.

I am at an old time restaurant in Jackson, Ms with an old juke box playing. It is still set in 1960, family owned.

I've decided to do my impression of a millenial. I "deserve" a king cut ribeye just for showing up. Hope my wife brought her wallet.

Update: Onion rings just showed up, and Ray Charles is singing the first verse of Seven Spanish Angels.
