First time into actual Chicago this week. 30 got a little funky after Fort Wayne, and made me wish I'd installed my heater wipers...


Also found out why so many pics of crunched trucks show up on the web as I puttered down Garfield street ignoring the no truck signs lol. Lowest overpass was marked 12'6", so not gonna make a habit out of it in case I get a real truck someday.

Finally caught up to @Tug Toy today. He doesn't look the same in his pictures, but after a lot of honking and waving, he did eventually wave back.

 

It's just a club for kids to practice. It is north of us 6 miles and is held in the basement of a church. This is their second year and love it.
