Old man winter is back again.
Current situation7-UP, Wasted Thyme, dwells40 and 14 others Thank this. -
I'll prove being kicked in the nuts, hurts more than child birth.
You ever hear a guy say, "You know, I could go for another kick in the nuts again". Ever hear "let's have another baby".Last edited: Mar 15, 2020

Numerous times ive had to explain that to people about the north. The govt gives free housing to anyone who wont work and on any winter night in the northeast you can see open windows upstairs at the projects because they crank the unit to max to get the lower levels warm and it overheats the upstairs. My bestie is a union Hvac guy with service accounts in state housing PJs. They burn out fan motors in no time running flat out like this. But the law says that free housing must have heat/AC.
Meanwhile the same laws say us truckers are ONLY ALLOWED to work 14hrs a day, and we cant idle more than 5 minutes.. Which means by law we cant have heat/AC. And must still pay their insane slush fund tolls and tickets.
Cliffnotes. If you work you get punished. If you quit you get rewarded. I had to move away. To hell with the northeastLast edited: Mar 15, 2020

Yep, I see 5, 5.3 in cold weather and working hard. Seen 8.75 loaded light warm weather.
Normally my yearly is 6.25-6.5.
You show my a real 12mpg truck with great reliability I might be in the market.
Not until then.Tug Toy, Tall Mike, Swine hauler and 5 others Thank this. -
Its funny, hang around loggers and nobody gives a rat's behind about fuel economy. Never gonna be good anyways when you're 100k+ lbs, three drive axles, wide based steers and have 13' of height on a daycab truck lol.
TripleSix, Tug Toy, Swine hauler and 8 others Thank this.
