Not even close bud. Your truck looks bittchin. Besides, no matter what mine is still a "curb sniffer".

Any advice on sanding wheels? I'm too cheap to buy 4 polished rims at like $550 a piece so I'm thinking of picking up some some good used 24.5's during my next trip to the wreckers and shining them up myself.

Yea buy new ones on sale for $170 each. Lol

If you must use used ones....... sand sand sand and then sand some more. If they are really pitted you have to sand even more. Polishing is the easy part. I spent about 2 hours each sanding the first 3 and was not pleased with the results. So I bought 3 new ones for the other side.

Trp ones are regularly $275 for 24.5s polished by me.. idk what the exchange rate is @NorthernMechanic but $550 sounds unreasonably high

Midwest wheel sells new round holes for around 350. I run the old oval square edge peterbilts. They can be hard to find. Bought a pallet off them and a guy that was supposed to know how to polish turned my square edge to round edge. Took three months and got three done. Still pitted..He didn't get paid and he knows why.

$400-$550 was what my dad told me polished Alcoas were going for (like 10-12 years ago). Guess I should look into what they cost today lol.

Mine are Richard Petty edition factory International wheels from what I can tell from research, 24.5s.

I would buy another set tomorrow if I could find them.

Nothing wrong with sniffing the occasional curb tug!
