I've been parked since the 27th and left the house twice. Once a week and a half ago to pick up a pizza, and last week to pick up a a/c plug at the auto parts.. Pretty much my normal before I bought my stupid Pete. I guess being an antisocial introvert comes in handy from time to time?

We went for a good drive yesterday. 752km. No parks, recreation areas, campgrounds open. But still nice to be out. Drove the forestry trunk road from nordegg to robb ab. 6 feet of snow up there. Just the tops of stop signs poking thru. Gas is cheep. Good time to go for a rip.

Robb's a neat little town. Took a trip thru there a couple years ago when heading into BC.

I've tried getting out for a few runs. Hopefully once the snow's gone and I can get on some trails I'll start feeling better.

Why? You have a pain in the rear wife, daughter, yorkie, and lab? Or just me on lockdown. However my lawn and vehicles are in tip top shape.

I hauled a dozen trucks to a remote gas plant 55km south of Robb a few years ago. Got strange looks driving a loaded car carrier thru there.

My 3rd favorite camp spot is 22k north. McLeod river. Can float and fish the river. Hike and bike. And the cell phone stops working about 30min before you get there..

Some meth head next to the quarry i work for (which is an hour from our base location and rarely occupied) "borrowed" our wheel loader for a week, cut timber on our side of the line, ran it of fuel and killed the battery for me to find while i had 2 trucks to load.

I waited quite a while for him to come home but his dirtbag sixth sense must have known to stay gone. Probably better for both of us. Fortunately I resisted the urge to dump a pile of slabs thru their front window.
