So apparently pink slips aren't pink anymore. Just found that out about 20 minutes ago. So I guess this is as good as time as any to try a new career.

 

Holy crap man! Is it just cutting back because of the kung flu or what? Regardless, you seem to be a man of many talents and I'm sure you'll do good with whatever you decide to do.

 

Sorry to hear that man. As a fellow trucker I wish you the best in your future endeavors.

On to bigger and better adventures mr A model.

 

I spin wrenches. I do have my Class 1 as well.

It was a combination of Wuhan Flu and low oil prices. 3 of us got the boot this morning. We were union so of course being the lowest seniority means I'm #1 on the chop block. Got a decent payout for 5 years service at least.

Believe it or not, I'm actually happy about it. I'm looking forward to a new adventure. Maybe try something new. Maybe I'll come join you folks out on the road for a while.
