I about pooped my pants. Rain coming down sideways in morning rush on 78. All sudden wipers quit and thank God the shoulder was wide enough. Don't know what happened because they decided to start working again. Wide awake now

 

Innocent remark??? No, she’s fishing!! One thing I’ve learned about marriage and woman, be smart enough to know when to play dumb.... My wife does the same things, they like to know they’re number 1 at all times.....

 

"Yes honey, she is. But ya know what?"

"What?"

"She ain't got nothin' on you, cause you're smokin' HOT!"

 

Or throw them way off.

"I cant believe her, she left the house looking like that"

What do you mean.

"You didnt see those ugly **s shoes?"

You have a great many women who nowadays seem to think that a relationship has to have drama. I don’t understand, just telling you what I’ve seen.

A friend of mine, young Man, 30, was dating this girl whom he had met while stationed in Germany. He had been out in the truck for at least 4 months. Freight rates went into the toilet and he was looking for a decent load out of Texas for 7 axles without much luck. Girlfriend tells him to go home and ride the motorcycle for a few days with the club. He does. Deadheads home and gets on the bike, meets up with the club and they ride.

Girlfriend gets mad because he doesn’t stay on the phone as long as he was while in the truck. Accuses him of cheating. “What do I do, Six?”

Nothing. Without trust, relationships die a horrible death.

“Well, she broke up with me. Even blocked me on facebook. Said that she will never speak to me again.”

She will call you in a week.

“I don’t think so, she’s very stubborn.”

(later that week)

“Guess who called me today???”

 

All I can think of is .....lack of mental control on her part. ......she lacks the power to control him.

 

Thompson Falls is beautiful country, but I just couldn’t convince myself to haul cheap lumber. Or convince myself to go home empty. So I guess I’ll play the same game again Monday in Colorado.
