Be running with fan locked in tonight. Mack sent the wrong fan clutch. 2nd one in 2 years....horton

Spent the better part of the afternoon cleaning up wheel studs and robbing good ones off the tag axle. Then my 140lb ### had a good ole time wrestling the 24.5s around. Im outta shape

 

Just poor enough to get a slice of the Gov't cheese..


Ahhh, the American dream!! Subsidize, mask over face, loss of identity, & self pride. Why go out, be a man & support ones family, when you can sit around on your duff & get handouts..

Nice buy and a 3 pedals too. A locking rear should be standard in any truck. Wonder if you can get the tundra v8 and a stick? That's going on the list. Been looking for a fx4 f150 with the 5.0 and under 40,000.

Rode in my friends colorado 2.8 duramax. Not a fan of the interior feels cheap but he's at 28.5mpg

 

I'm of the same mindset. Then I think of all the car payments I've subsidized for the deadbeats and think F it. I deserve it.

 

@AModelCat you can still get a head for your A model but our local mack dealer said they're having issues getting econovances. Mother Volvo is just hurting themselves. They recently went to a new parts number system. Changing mack #s to Volvo #### and it's been a nightmare for the guys at the parts desk. Last 2 times I was at the counter for over an hour. Thats a good way to look at it.. Never took any govt handout, only paid in so far..

1st I was upset I couldn't find myself in the Gov't system. Now the check came in the mail, & I've been fighting with myself over depositing it. My mom thinks I'm crazy, & say take it too. All said, I will probably deposit it tomorrow. I'm a dog guy like you. Probably donate half to local shelter.. Try & do something right for a change..

 

I sealed up the engine and stuck it in the corner for now. Just trying to figure some stuff out. Looks like I'll probably be moving in the coming months.
