OTIS is shutdown pending a manufacturing line worker tested positive for Rona.

I got one last delivery on the beach tomorrow and then the rest of the week is “hurry up and wait.”

Being a bum today. Woke up at 4pm after going to bed at midnight lol. Spaghetti tonight. How you guys do the sauce? I usually chop up onion and garlic with olive oil in the pan til they soften up and put the sauce in.

If you dont have fresh matters here is how I do it. Kinda have to adjust to the volume you want

    Tomato sauce
    Peeled crushed matters
    Diced matters
    Tomato paste
    Oregano
    Tyme
    Basil
Rosemary (do not over do this one)
    Salt
    Black pepper
    Fresh garlic
    White sugar
    Fresh gratted parmesan
    Diced onion

I brown ground beef with onions and add to sause. Not all like meat sauce, I won't eat it without. Even if I made meatballs.

Now I will simmer it for a few hours. But you dont have to. Bring it to a boil, then simmer another hour minimum. At this point add some red wine. Pick one you like. Add as much as you feel works for you. I dont drink wine but I cook with it.

Since I'm overly busy. Fixing some little things. Dash vent has been loose and rattling for years to be honest. Glued up the cracks and dug around house, shop looking for some screen materials. For a guy that fixed his own screens I allways normally have some. Only need like a 6×12 piece. Nope cant find any. In basement and my wife has a garage sale collection to be sold, ah ha! I ask is this free game. So I cut up a utensil caddy. Then go threw shop and service truck for a tube of caulk. 3 tubes all hard. This is not a big deal, just figured I would rat myself out for being so cheap and how a small project turns into something else. I'm gonna have a beer and put tools away since I can not complete such a simple task. One day this would be a good place to work on trucks. I'm firing myself tonight.

It's just some electrical tape to hold it on while I was gonna run a bead of caulk around it.

2 pots, noodles in one, sauce in the other.

Just open the jar and pour it in the pot. Then add some ground beef and sliced sausage.

That’s the lazy carnivore’s way anyway.
