Supers are legal in ND,SD,WY, ID, MT,WA AND OR if licenced and you get the relevant permits. the permits can be anywhere between $25/year to $150/year and even $7/trip(ND interstate travel).
depending on wheelbase your gross weight will be 105,500 in most states (OR has a separate formula and many are reduced to 102,500)
This means that most Supers can carry 56,000lbs(25 tonne) and a properly setup 7 or 8 axle US unit can legal as much or more but can't move that weight in Canada. Think fertilizer south and specialty crops north.

I dont pay much attention to loaded trailers that aren't mine, but I dont think I ever saw one loaded front to back like that one and have negative arch in it. Is it just me???

 

He could replace some of that dot tape however!
