If that is just lettering paint, get some eazyoff oven cleaner. Should take it off. Or just spray some gloss back over it.

    That's a treasure forsure.

Its brilliant. If I need to pop into my trailer in the middle of the night, I have to start my truck now if I want to see.

Exit 90 in NC.. "Nebo truckstop" on google maps. theres a good shady hidy hole dirt lot, behind drews diner. Foods ok, real lunch counter and usually a young cutie. Always spots just beware the moon craters.. Dont go in any puddles, theyre clay pits.

Makes perfect sense. Now I'm not very up to date on new vehicles. But could you have that changed in pcm?

From all the Ford forums on the net it seems most dealers are clueless about this.

Might just run a fused hot wire down with the main harness and swap the connection at the plug so it stays hot all the time. I'm already in the habit of unplugging the trailer cord when parked anyways because all my previous trucks stayed hot all the time on that pin.

A major heart attack with 2 months in hospital was what it took to make this 50 year smoker to quit.
