Aww man. Spent Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday and part of this morning at the T/A in Brooklyn, IA. It's a decent place for being one of the mega-chain truck stops. There is always parking and the spots are easy to back in to. T-Mobileh has great voice and data service with relatively fast data speeds in the mid to low
40's mb/s. The ladies inside are cordial and polite. The showers were super clean and the hot water never ran out. I ended up staying here because the Pilot/Flying-J a few miles east on
I-80 has their showers shut down until June 17th due to a broken water main. I snagged an easy load from John Deere Dubuque to take me home to Texas to see Momma and the boy. Gonna hook up the camper this weekend and take the family to the lake for a little R & R. I'm just a few miles away from sliding in to the Holt Truck Stop in Holt, MO at the 33 yardstick. Be safe everyone!whoopNride, Tug Toy, Lostkeys and 8 others Thank this. -
All answers:
Did you know that at least a third of the people that go to Yellowstone believe that it’s some sort of petting zoo?
I drove there in a car. There were a herd of bison blocking the road. I am sitting in a traffic jam that’s waiting for the herd to move. All of a sudden, people started getting out of their cars to pet the bison.
Well, at our little local zoo, we had some burnout try to pet a panther and lost his petting hand.whoopNride, Tug Toy, BoxCarKidd and 8 others Thank this. -
I'd LOVE to drive through in a car, actually. Well, maybe a Jeep or such... but 'never would I ever' try to PET the wildlife...SHEEEESH. (Is it even huntable/good eats?!?!?)
Stupid answer (in a question) . . . is there 'really' an area in Yellowstone, that is 'jurisdiction free' . . . ie: nolle prosequi type of area? (Wife threatens me... humorously of course.) Any truths?!?!? -
No wastegate then. Haha twins would be tits but not gon happen. Some of the lag is from ecu not giving full rack travel til 10-12psi so I'll see what's what when we get around to swapping the pump.
If it's too hot put the s475 on big red and slap on 78mm 1.32 or 1.45?. Should be enough ### for that windmill, pushing 75cc more fuel than oem. (Have everything except cable and few other nic nacs. Superliners came with cables instead of linkage setup)
Pyro will see 1000 now but it takes a long pull for that. Maybe I'll give Antrim a buzzTug Toy, cke and singlescrewshaker Thank this. -

Almost forgot. Saw an 88 superliner with an Acert cat. Got closer and closer, hmm sure sounds like a cat LOL. They ripped out E-9 and put in yellow.

That's a nifty little rv there!!
When you posted a pic the other day, combined with the "helping an amigo move" I assumed y'all was crossing the US in a sprinter van. Possibly loaded with furniture & crap. This actually seems kinda fun to a dork like me!!
