It will soon be the new national holiday where everybody gets the day off except those of us who work for a living.

I can get over the 10speed, & swap it when it bites the dust. The major "no buy" for me with the truck is the 03/00 serial # on the engine..

Cough, cough,cough.. Unless JPM has an extra data decal laying around, cough cough, that I can stick on the valve cover of the Detroit, I dont want it..

Few things. They always look 100% better in pics. Including my bucket of bolts. The upper roof cap has been painted. The engine has been painted poorly and not very clean. That color ain't a oem 2000, or 1999. Piss poor tape job on stickers. That water filter on the front on the gear train ended in about 1995/96. You claim the put a 10 speed in, vs a 13. They swapped engines and trans with a running one. It's a shinny turd. Now would I buy it for 13k, or 12k yes. If the paint is "fresh" yet they didnt take the dents out of the bunk? Its a cheap paint job, now a 21 yearold truck expect a some dents in the bunk. That's not my concern. I do know the fld a bit. After a million or million three. Just plan on rebuilding anything you can touch and some more.

But yes anything can be bought to answer your question. Hell I'll give you some axles that need rebuilt. Least the cams and bushings wheel bearings are new, as in 6k miles new. Hub to hub with springs.

In fairness in a nutshell. It's what I bought to start out with. 13k truck with broke trans and "new paint". It was what I expected a pile. All most broke me a few times. But I had to work with what I could afford.
