Where is everyone #5

Tampa tied record at 99 today.

 

Man I've been here in Palmetto, or Bradenton for all but 6months of my 36years. Well all but a few months where my job took me out of state, or country. Either it's a bit hotter or humid than normal, or my body just quit cooling as good as it used too.

I used to work dawn to dusk outside no problem. Now an hour or 2 out there & my shirt is soaked through.. What the heck..

Is that 99° in Tampa the feel like, or actual? The radio said west palm beach was going to be 110°f feels like today. Glad I got outta there yesterday.!

 

Man, I'm telling ya. The young lady who checks in my equipment deliveries is smoking hot. Definitely worth the trip to "VIEW" some new skid steers! Haha

 

Home with an empty wagon.

Pick up on Monday in CHI town sometime then, back to the house. Leave out Tuesday morning for Topeka, KS. Already got a return trip booked. I do know I got to get that AC fan installed for the cab tomorrow or I ain’t goin nowhere on Monday.

 

That was the actual. But I agree. These muggy days this year seem hotter. Thinking cuz it's not really "dry" and the sea breeze storms are not happening

 

Buttons out, empty wagon, no monday plan, beer in hand.

Cooked burgers and dogs on the grill tonight. Couple cold ones and I'm satisfied ! Slapped some new rubber on the wagon today, ready to do my thing next week.

only way to increase my pay at SPD now is to go back OTR into oversized and hope I do well enough to get moved up the ranks... too bad I like being home
