What kind of application were you spraying down? Looks like a neat machine

 

I'm just getting started on spraying roundup along with some 2,4-D and banvel on the ground that we've harvested already. I do fall spraying every year and it really helps control the weeds for the next coming season.

 

How big is the tank

 

1200 gals

 

Does being around those chemicals bother you at all?

 

Loaded in the field, nothing to go by but a gauge on the trailer. First week of ever hauling peas. Empty of fuel, 4" in each side. Taking them from the boot heel to the nation's. And folks say a grain hauler can't get right

 

Not really, I do wear a respirator mask when I'm loading. Some chemicals have a real bad odor to them if you get a whiff of it.

 

So I picked up a little vibration over the last few weeks. Did an oil change today and found the carrier bearing toast. I just had one put on in November 2016. Well it looks like it spun on the drive shaft. So have to have a new one built. No more playing truck driver till Tuesday.

 

What a cool way to remember and honor him.

 

For us that know...... we will go with yer version of the story. LOL
