    It probably doesn’t wanna pull a 14 hour shift either. Can’t say I blame it....it’s used to getting million dollar loans and free housing :/

    it did, we lost one day before we left with the OK issue. If no one screws us on this we should turn them fairly regularly now

    Got it shut down at the Landing Hook in Dodge City, Kansas. 637 miles today and 336 left for tomorrow. Got a message from the broker this morning telling me that my delivery location was closed tomorrow which just happened to be the same day I was begged and pressured to deliver. I told them if I get there and they are closed I am taking the load about 160 miles due south to the house and I would attempt delivery on Tuesday evening. That must have fixed the situation because now the owner is meeting me tomorrow at my leisure to make the drop. I was originally asked if I could make this delivery in 3½ days from Arlington, Oregon at 0830. I got it strapped down after burning 8 hours of my 14. This guy really said "can you run 775 miles today and 775 miles tomorrow and the last 350 on Thursday night"?

    I gave the broker a math test. So, you want me to average 70mph in a truck that is governed at 70mph?
