    Its hawt as faaaaawk out and I got the grill smokin.

    But maybe one of y'all can tell me, on this new grill I cam easily get the temps upto 500 deg (so says the thermometer) I let my charcoal (mix of briquettes and lump) burn down, them put the meat on. I have to shut it all up and even then I can't get the temps down for a good long while.

    Anybody here decent with modern gas engines? Think I may have a failing coil or injector. Just curious if anything bad would happen if I unplugged the connectors with the engine running. Kind of a ghetto cylinder cutout test lmfao.
