Did I miss something?
Yeah thats the bummer. I was hoping it'd be manual with the 2.7 and a 5.0 option. Maybe with jeep teasing the 392 wrangler they'll throw the 5.0 in. Its almost like fca taking a jab at them saying you should put a v8 in it even though they have no plans to put a 392 in a wrangler. But who knows. The 2.3 doesn't seem to have bad numbers though and im sure those can and will be improved in the aftermarket. Itll be interesting to see what happens as it gets some years on it where ford and the aftermarket goes. I'm s
We had a 74 and a 77. 74 was a 302 4 speed, 77 was a 302 three on the tree. I wish i had pics of it. It was super nice when we sold it. Ford burnt orange with a Wimbledon white top and grille on chrome wagon wheels.
As far as the coyote swap goes, a 5.0 will most likely fit as the 2.7 and 3.5 appear to be similar in size and we already know a 5.0 will fit where a 3.5 was. I'd imagine someone in the aftermarket will have a kit available to do it a few months after they hit lots.650cat425, singlescrewshaker, clausland and 2 others Thank this. -
Pop quiz hotshots!
Its midnight, 93 deg. Your upper radiator hose has a pinhole leak. What do you do?
Thats right. You loosen the hose clamps and put the hole on the very top so it doesnt spray out. Because the TA shop doesnt have a new one in stock.
Edit: You also pray it doesnt get worse overnight.farmerjohn64, cke, 650cat425 and 4 others Thank this. -
I'd bet some sort of V8 atleaat a larger V6 will be an option in the Bronco probably starting in 2022. Ford can't just throw everything at it the 1st year. All the "look at me, I gotta have it 1st!" douchers will then be forced to upgrade.
And if you think the current specs arent awesome, then you probably just cruise the mall in your Toyota looking for dudes to hit on.cke, 650cat425, singlescrewshaker and 3 others Thank this.
