    It was exempt, & had a 60 in it. Nothing but flat tops for this wishy washy boy.! :cool:

    I think the wood floor would have been better, less likely to slide. Plus you could nail a few pieces of dunnage in front of it to keep it in place.

    Well a 13 speed with 300 rpm drops vs 10 speed 600 rpm drops on the high side pulls much better than 10 speed. 18 your splitting upstairs and down stairs at 300 rpm drop. But your correct that final similar ratios will be the same.

    Its not so much about pulling better. There is plenty of time i could use a split between 5th and 6th (or 4th and 5th, whatever u wanna call it). And even just being able to split the low range would make it easier running offroad coming off some big mountains

    A good driver in identical trucks only difference a 10 vs 13 can see .25-.35 mpg increase.

    Well i do run offroad and up and down mountains in low range and definatly have 3.25 and a 13 speed and definatly wish i had some more gears to split. Some of u guys are funny. Not gonna argue with somebody about where i drive and where i dont ?? Come out to the rocky mountains and u can come run with me.
