The whole truck, when parked next to your W9, looks rather bulbous. It definitely looks more like a 9900 than I'd be comfortable with.

 

Maybe it was Friday and deadline day? They'd approve anything just to get home for the weekend. Lol

The confusing part was, with the tag down, it was legal for something like 86k in upstate New York. Wasnt licensed for it but....
