Do you wear rings? Trap the edge of the bottle cap between the edge of your ring and your finger with your finger laying over the top of the cap. Use your finger like a lever and rip the top off, gold foil and all.

Check AR state law. They may have some weird provision for dump trucks, maybe dump trailer as well.? There is a permit that can be bought in FL. It allows short tandem axle, with skinny single tire pusher axle, dump truck & mixer trucks to gross 70k lb at only around 27'-30' over all length. Lets say a 28' dump truck has a bridge of 25'. That allows 58,500lb on 4axle (rounded to nearest 500lb). Like I said, FL permit for up to 70k lb though..
Then there are these "Florida spec buckets" cruising around all over. It's a 22' box with 6' of extra frame, for 28' (assuming to meet some inner bridge requirement) almost always pulled by a single screw, which is why I'm interested in them. Apparently not a one of them owns a cb, as they never answer back..
Using my truck, as an example & assuming some aspects of the FL spec bucket.
210" wheelbase tractor
28ft fl spec dump
12" kingpin setback & 24" axle to tail for the wagon
Steer to rear trailer axle 42.5', rounded down to 42'..
Using federal bridge formula:
42' total tractor trailer bridge for 70,000 gross on 4 axle
Inner bridge of 25' rounds up to 55,000 on 3 axle
Add 12,000 for steer is 67,000 gross on 4 axle for FL spec dump
There has got to be some sort of permit.? Assuming a tare weight of 25k, that leaves 42k lb for product in the bucket. How could that be profitable for a bulk hauler..?
Sorry for the tangent,
long way to say there may be a state permit for a short wheelbase bulk carrier in AR..
