No lease purchase here. Im a co driver. I just happen to drive for a company that literally has no hand holding, they also require 3yr of driving and 1 yr of prior flatbed experience, we're primarily an owner/operator company is why. The company trucks cover the freight that the l/o's dont always take. Hell most of our co drivers are ex o/o's and are just running a truck now for something to do.

Cut your teeth at WE and you'll do alright. There are a lot of small to midsized co's out there that want good solid drivers, but they need to to have some years under your belt so their insurance rates dont skyrocket, lol.
