Can someone tell me if I can use the adverse driving conditions because of traffic?

I lost almost an hour which made me short on hours to get into San Antonio

 

I knew all those beers and buffet lines would catch up eventually :/

Hey l haven't hauled a load this week. Just got home and have worked hard this week. Trucking is much easier than working in the shop and watching a 2.5 yearold.

 

It ain't the law I'm worried about, I'd rather not have to explain to my boss why I used it and then get told "no bad boy"

 

Just tell em they closed the interstate for a couple minutes and u got stuck
