In case any of you need ya know — you can fit in the 13’ height tunnel allll the way up i395 to US50. The blinky blinky lights are just that — blinky lights and everyone honking their horns and flashing their brights at ya before the tunnel at 10pm is bout as clueless as a TMC driver in the far left.

 

The video I saw was the reporter was standing with one arm wrapped arount a sign post still having trouble staying upright and the cameraman under the roof of an open covered parking garage and the gust took the camera right out of his hands....tumbling across the ground before the picture died. they said wind gusting to 108....

 

13' clearance, just like in NYC, is for "snow depth height" since they don't clear the roads.
